Whenever one’s TV license expires, there is invariably a mad scramble to renew or obtain a fresh TV license. Invariably this involves getting hold of say the TV licence phone number so that one can renew one’s license over the phone. But what if I told you that doing so is completely passé…and that you should in fact be looking to get a TV licence refund, in case you have already gone ahead and renewed your TV license – or that it is still very much valid in the first place?
